Here you’ll find some of my newer music (going back about 5 years or so) placed in short segments that allow you to both listen to the song as well as find the link to the original post on this blog. The newest appear first and depending on the song, you might also find video links or links to .pdf files for lead sheets. A mix of stuff really. This newer stuff was written during the life of this blog, so in that sense it’s better detailed than the material you’ll find on the Music-Old page.
As well as new material, you’ll also find download links to the 0ld songs and various loops I’ve created as well. The loops are all .wav files and typically 5-15 seconds in length. I’ve had people use them to create other songs, video games tracks and for commercial ‘filler’ on radio stations. These loops will not loop themselves however, so you’ll need an audio editor that can do the job. You should also note that some of these loops have been on Looperman which means they’re somewhat ‘free’ …the ones that haven’t however, are granted under the copyright notice in the sidebar …meaning you can copy and share but you can’t alter or make derivatives of the material without my consent.

Last but not least, and just for fun, I’ve placed a little (*) next to a few files …these are my favorites. Yes I know, I may have said before that I don’t really have any such things as favorites, but after going through all this stuff lately, I seem to have realized that some are ‘not bad’ in some degree. Of course they’re recorded poorly and sound like crap in regard to sounds, but as far as the construction of the song, its meaning and its association with me personally – and the fact that in some cases I still like them after many years …I guess they’re favs.
I suppose every song was a fav. at one time …but time can be so fleeting ;)

whats up? I downloaded one of ur loops on looperman and wrote a little tune to it was your smile. It’s funny because when i was writting the lyrics i came up with basically the same thing you had and that was b4 i read your lyrics. But anyway going through your songs I think your writting style on alot of these songs suits me i like the way they flow. I am hoping we can collaborate. Id like to rerecord some of ur songs like what would i do,love slips away and there are like 6 more. Let me know if ur interested.
